SERVICES
The
Commissioner Corporate Services is responsible to plan, manage
and coordinate the URA Corporate Services i.e Finance, Administration,
Human Resource and Information technology in line with the
URA IT strategy, Corporate Plan, Financial and Accounting
Regulations, and the Human Resource Manual. The Commissioner
Corporate Service is assisted by 3 Assistant Commissioners.
• The Assistant Commissioner Finance and Administration
is responsible to develop and implement a system for the provision
of financial and administrative support and accountability
in line with the relevant laws, organizational policies &
guidelines and international accounting standards.
• The Assistant Commissioner Information Technology
is responsible to manage the development, implementation,
maintenance and support of all ICT systems and infrastructure
in accordance with the URA ICT Strategy, Board and Management
decisions.
• The Assistant Commissioner Human Resource is responsible
to lead organizational changes through Performance Management
systems, succession planning and maintain viable Human Resource
functions in line with the URA Human Resource Manual, Management
Committee and Board Decisions.
